Here is the 30 day Ab challenge I began June 1. I don't expect miracles just want to challenge myself to get in some form of exercise every day. So far so good! I can't do a plank yet so I do wall pushups instead. Not the same thing but good for me anyway. After my first week I will add in an aerobic workout in (walking) as well to help me combat the tiredness I feel from the kidney disease and meds. This is a tough challenge but I'm not in it to win medals just to challenge myself to do it every day.
