As I sit here and think of what's been going on in my life it totally affects my health. I've noticed I been an emotional eater. I gained more weight, etc...I had been caring through foster kinship my little cousin, she's 6. Next step is to adopt and of course the mother isn't happy. It's been a roller coaster and I sometimes feel alone, that's probably where my eating comes in. I recently came back to spark to voice my thoughts and work on my program to again a healthier me! I know I'm not the only one who goes through things but you feel alone...Our family has changed a lot.
Solutions? hum starting w/ 10 minutes of exercise again. start with healthier choices for lunch at work. And talk to others, develop a network that will help me with positive people...And log into spark everyday looking for positive articles :)
That's a start don't y think? Any other suggestions? Thank you in advance....
