Planks

I've been waking up in the morning with a stiff back - it's not because the bed is bad - just thought it was a function of age. Last Monday when I got up, I thought, well why don't you do a plank and see if that helps. Well, lo and behold, it does - I do one every morning when I get out of bed. My back hasn't been hurting at all. What a difference!

    Hi, good to see you on Spark Maine again and with a helpful tip too. My back hurts too. Need to try the plank. I do that exercise sometimes but never as soon as I get out of bed.

    Pat, I think I've seen modified planks before but not sure where.... if I remember, I'll let you know.

    Thanks for the reminder about Merilee - I just messaged a friend of mine that works at the Y to see if she knows where she might have ended up. Will let you know what I find out.

    Well done Jill, I would love to do a plank but my wrists are both had carpel tunnel I wonder if I can do it on my fore arms.
