Iím trying to blog more frequently, even if itís just a quick update, just to keep me motivated. I ended the day yesterday with a second spin on the elliptical to get my 10k steps. Today is emoticon of the Boeing On The Move challenge I started the day with a 30 minute spin and Iíve had one healthy walk break so far. I plan to take another after posting this. Tonight is Week 3, Day 4 of Live Fit. Get ready, legs! 7 exercises. The dumbbell clean exercise is a little daunting, but Iím up for it! emoticon

Food was really good yesterday. Lots of veggies, nice calorie deficit after 100 minutes of fitness.

    My husband works for Boeing in South Carolina - this year get to be on his Boeing on the Move Team. I am keeping up so far, but I end up having to put most of my steps in the evening. The parking lots, and and the 787 plant is so big that my husband gets the majority of his steps in during the course of his day.

I have a Fitbit and I love that it works with Spark People and with the Shapeup app that On the Move is Using.
