I’m trying to blog more frequently, even if it’s just a quick update, just to keep me motivated. I ended the day yesterday with a second spin on the elliptical to get my 10k steps. Today is
of the Boeing On The Move challenge I started the day with a 30 minute spin and I’ve had one healthy walk break so far. I plan to take another after posting this. Tonight is Week 3, Day 4 of Live Fit. Get ready, legs! 7 exercises. The dumbbell clean exercise is a little daunting, but I’m up for it!
Food was really good yesterday. Lots of veggies, nice calorie deficit after 100 minutes of fitness.
