Sunday recommitment

I was reading my friend April's blog today ( www.sparkpeople.com/mypa

) and she was saying she recommits to her goals every Sunday. This is a GREAT idea for me, because I find that if I keep my focus on my Sparking, things go better. So here goes. I am just putting my goal commitment out here for the world to see, but mainly for me to keep in mind:

1) Log on to SparkPeople every single day
2) Log every bite and every minute of exercise
3) Stay within my personal nutritional goals
4) Exercise 60+ minutes per day, at least 6 days a week (except when too sick to exercise)
and the most important one:
5) Never be mean to myself, ever

(EDIT: I have decided that logging my exercise ahead of time is too weird, so I'm going to plan it on my calendar, but not log it until I do it.)
