Chest and Triceps Week 3

I sparked around just long enough this morning to realize I was burning up valuable workout time! I corrected that and completed a 40 minute chest and tri workout. Whew! I wound up deleting the 9th exercise, which was another triceps exercise. Those babies just didn't have anything left! Plus, I needed to swap it because I didn't have a cable machine. I did it! One step closer to sexy, well - defined arms to squeeze my honey with! I wrapped up the workout with a 30 minute elliptical run.

You have the whole month of June left to be fabulous! Don't regret missed opportunities!
