So What Happened to May?

It's June...A;ready? Yes. So where did May go. I went back and reviewed my May blogs to make sure there wasn't some sort of time warp.Nope there wasn't, it just is that time is flying by. But I got a look at what did happen in May.
Just finished a mediation challenge. (Need to be more consistent with mediation)
Made good choices at parties. Yeah, Me!!!
I was more mindful.
Didn't do so well with the "Walk a mile a day, in the month of May"
Through the challenges and triumphs I think it was a pretty good month.
What I did notice is improvement over May 2013. Some of the observations and thoughts I have put into practice. Granted I need more practice, but I am moving forward and every moment is an opportunity to begin again.
This May I learned you can make healthy choices and still enjoy yourself.
June is here, and I shall continue my journey on developing healthier habits.
