Still going strong:) No sugar cravings:) No stress eating:) Just regular meals and lots of gym time:) CANNOT WAIT TIL SUMMER!

4 boot camps that I teach
1 day to kayak
1 crazy leg day

Looking forward to kayaking today and getting ready for hopefully a fast week! Happy JUNE!
