Hello June>>>>>

I am very happy it is June 1st.
A Good month to start anew or continue to keep going forward to our goals.
As for me it is the renew part since I have been active but not exercising like I should.
School is out this Friday and I couldn't be happier since driving in the morning and then in the afternoon sometimes makes it hard to get things done as I get lazy.
I am happy to start JUNE as the month to turn myself around.
I have noticed a loss of muscle tone and even strength. (I carry buckets of water to my horses and I feel the loss of strength I had before)
SO once again... FOCUS on moving forward and Onward and Upward and don't look back!!!

    Last time I lost muscle tone , it was ion my face because I wasn't eating enough protein. eva I liked those pictures.

    Yay for June., I have two more weeks of school. I can also tell the difference is weight lifting when I do not do it as often. That is good advice. MOve forward and keep going. You can do it.

    It looks like, on your weight ticker from your page, that you've kept your weight down and that is a struggle for most here. Hopefully you've been eating healthy, drinking your water and getting sleep.

You'll regain your muscle back in no time. Muscles never lose their ability to get better, even while we age.
