I was just watching the "You can do it!" video, plus reading some articles. One of them talked about successful spark people blog, so I am going to be more careful to blog. The other thing is to get involved in Teams, and forums. We'll see. I feel pretty determined.
Today I drank a small portion of a diet pop. I am trying to quit drinking pop.
I recently got a fitbit zip. I love it. I am a pretty competitive person and so it is helping me to challenge myself. That is really good. I have some chronic illness issues, one being fatigue, and I have a hard time getting up and getting going. The fitbit is helping.
So far the scale isn't doing much. I got discouraged about that and I didn't watch as carefully today. I made myself track everything so I have a good idea the calories I ate. It's time to get more serious about watching my food intake so I don't waste all this exercise! :)
