To start my 10 minutes of exercise per day. I actually went out and bought a bike today. Go figure it rained when I got home.

    Today is May 31st 2014. It just seams like I have a totally new attitude towards life, weight loss and exercise. I'm not going to sweat the small stuff. "It is what it is" I'll do the very best I can everyday. If I mess up... then I mess up. Why??? I know who holds the keys to my future.
