I'm still "choosing my hard" here.
Still trying to figure out the daily calories...
Made a change to the Fitness settings.
Seven days a week of cardio for 40 minutes at a time and that put the high end of my daily caloric intake at a little over 2000!
Reversed the entry and put it back the way it was.
I simply do not believe I need to consume that much fuel every single day.
I'm moving my body aerobically yes, but do I really need to "eat back" the calories I'm burning?
I'm doing a 3K per day - not running a marathon!
My total cardio stats for last week:
Total Distance (miles): 20.17
Total Calories burned: 1269
Total Time: 4 hours and 38 minutes
I'm still maintaining - and trying to fine tune - and I may simply have to accept that for me, this is what maintenance is going to be like for the foreseeable future.
I would love to hear your experiences so far with fine tuning what you're doing!
