Okay, our 5% challenge habit for the week is blogging. I fully intended to blog every day this week but it is day 6 and I am only on blog 4. Oh well, that is how it goes. Saturday will be the final weigh in for this challenge and I am not expecting much of a loss. It looks like I will finish this eight week challenge with a loss of somewhere between 2 and 3 pounds. 1/2 pound per week seems to be the best I can do even when tracking and staying in range and getting in a ton of exercise. There are some things I could do different but this lifestyle works for me so I guess as long as the weight keeps going down I will do my best to be patient. Patience is not one of my strongest skills.
