Always there’s a reason to wait until tomorrow to start – for any given Monday – or the first of the month. But they are just excuses – ones that I have used more than once. And the reasons to not exercise – just not “feeling it” or too much work to break for lunch or one thing or another hurts too much.
So once again I am starting over at 263 (4 pounds shy of my highest weight). Today is the first day. One baby step at a time
