Here we go again

Always there’s a reason to wait until tomorrow to start – for any given Monday – or the first of the month. But they are just excuses – ones that I have used more than once. And the reasons to not exercise – just not “feeling it” or too much work to break for lunch or one thing or another hurts too much.
So once again I am starting over at 263 (4 pounds shy of my highest weight). Today is the first day. One baby step at a time

    You're right one baby step at a time. Plan, Schedule and Execute!! I went through the same thing and yesterday I said, "You will workout tomorrow, no excuses". So, I did just that and felt GREAT during and AFTERWARDS. Keep a positive attitude. emoticon
