I've begun to realize that since I began this journey, I got pretty used to 2 lb or more weight losses every week. And when I don't reach those or worse yet had a gain, I began to question myself and my methods. When really fluctuations are normal, as we all know.
So I'm going to set some new weight goals for myself that I think maybe be slightly more reachable based on the events and things I have going in my life the next few months.
This morning I was 181, but I still believe this is some bloat from Memphis, so I think some of that will come off pretty quickly. So here are my following goals:
June 15- 175
July 15- 169
August 15- 164
September 15- 159
October 15- 154
November 15- 149 (I had always hoped to be under 150 for my wedding)
These are 5-6 pound weight losses per month. So a little over a pound a week, which also allows for minor gains, but also bigger weeks. Anyways, if I don't reach these goals, they are just numbers, and it's not a huge deal. But I think rather than focusing so hard on 2 pounds each week, these will allow me a bit more wiggle room for weddings and other events I have.

This dress is of a spandex blend and was stretched to the limit at 275, but I wore it yesterday and it's almost too big. I may need a waist belt!
