My weight is up a little. I'm going to try to cut back for the next two weeks and see if once again I can get it down without tracking or following any specific food plan. If it isn't back in range in two weeks, I commit to start tracking again until I get it back! As Watermellen often says, maintenance is the MAIN thing!!
Yesterday I ran on the TM at the Y: 5 minutes slow walking warm up, 5 minutes fast walking, one mile @ 11.5 minutes per mile, one mile at my target 5K pace of just under 9 minutes per mile which is 6.7 mph, another mile at 11.5 mpm, and long walking cool down. Then Gwen and I enjoyed a swim in the Y pool. It was a lot of activity for her, but not so much for me, but it was fun.
Last night it was to bed early and up early. Did 90 minutes of low impact aerobics and now it is time to get ready for Senior Dance. I have a new outfit mom bought for me that I will enjoy wearing - a black and white paisley print skirt and a sleeveless ruffled white blouse. It's gonna be another fun day!!
