Hey everyone I know I've been quiet. Mostly that's due to lack of motivation and only partly because of the fact we've moved twice in the past year. Anyway I'm living in North Dakota now and getting use to the weather. I really like it here although my husband doesn't. I'm hoping the move will help me get a fresh start. I lost ten pounds last year and not through any healthy means. Depression is not a good way to lose weight. I've started exercising again if only for 15 mins a day and am also working towards my goals in 15 min increments so that I don't overwhelm myself. The hope is that it becomes habit and that way I don't drop them like I did last time. Well here's hoping.
