Been on my exercise bike habit for the 3rd week!

I am happy to report I have been doing great doing the 30 minutes a day on my recumbent bike and now I am predictably gaining weight from gaining muscles and water. I can't wait when the scale starts to report loss instead of a few pounds of gain. But I am motivated with the exercise and it does make me feel better!
