18.12 Challenge - Training week #3

Week 3 - Much better spirit this week, but very busy with lot's of work cleaning out BIL's house. Sorting through his belongings and preparing for yard sales and dump trips. It is not fun. My job has also been very busy and somewhat stressful but manageable. Having a 4 day weekend was a huge help, especially with the excellent weather.
The week's training was pretty good I think:
Run #1 - 3 miles
Run #2 - 5 miles (in the rain) Yay!!!
Run #3 - 3.14 miles (felt great!)
Run #4 - 8.61 miles LSR (warm and humid)
I had forgotten what it was like running in the heat and humidity. It felt like summer! But I enjoyed every minute of it! Drink more water. Plan and prepare for it. I am getting it done. Today is a rest day and I needed it.
My asthma has eased up a little bit and I have to run keeping it in mind so I can try my best to keep my breathing under control. Taking it one day and one run at a time.
