I had my second weigh-in and couldn't believe I'd lost more weight. That did make me happy tho seeing as I ate out a few times.
But this week totally sucks because of Memorial Day weekend. I totally pigged out on Saturday--I allowed myself that day. Then was OK on Sunday but just...I don't know what happened yesterday.
The half-eaten bowls of chips were just sitting there...
Bowls of chex mix & kettle chips & guacamole flavored chips...
so instead of dinner I finished them.
I didn't even like it but it was like once I started I couldn't stop! I am addicted to carbs.
I should've just thrown all those chips away...I started to but then thought my mom or bro-in-law might want them.
I should've just thrown them away.
There are also unopened bags of chips here still.
But I'm going to stay on the plan.
I so totally am.
