OK so I REALLY suck at this...

I had my second weigh-in and couldn't believe I'd lost more weight. That did make me happy tho seeing as I ate out a few times.

But this week totally sucks because of Memorial Day weekend. I totally pigged out on Saturday--I allowed myself that day. Then was OK on Sunday but just...I don't know what happened yesterday.

The half-eaten bowls of chips were just sitting there...

Bowls of chex mix & kettle chips & guacamole flavored chips...

so instead of dinner I finished them.

I didn't even like it but it was like once I started I couldn't stop! I am addicted to carbs.

I should've just thrown all those chips away...I started to but then thought my mom or bro-in-law might want them.

    Yup! The holiday weekend was tough. Margharitas were my downfall. Sooooo gooooood!

Just pick yourself up and start again....that's what I'm doing. Not much of an alternative is there LOL

And chuck the chips, just chuck em! It will be torture. you will feel wasteful. You will feel guilty. Do it anyway. I just purged my fridge of my son's birthday desserts and I gave away the chex mix cuz I WANTED it. BAD! lol

Don't give up. Keep that positive outlook going and you can do this. The healthy bandwagon will wait for you. Jump back on! :)

    You can do it! If they are sitting out to where you can see them, maybe put them away so they are out of sight out of mind? Maybe put fruit or something where they were sitting so you can just grab that and eat it! Don't beat yourself up over it! Find what works for you. It is always a work in progress until you find what exactly works for you. Keep your head up and keep pushing on. YOU can do it!
