One of my
s posed this question in one of my team threads: AND--I am very curious to hear YOUR responses to this. I have been tweaking my program for the past couple of months. Just like my sparkfriend, I am working on finding the right combination for ME, however, I would LOVE to hear about what works for YOU!

Whether you are trying to lose weight, or if you are in maintenance mode, what things are you doing now or have done in the past to help you lose weight? Any suggestions, ideas or experiences you would like to share would be appreciated.
**NOTE- I know that each one of us are different, and what works for some, may not work for others. However, sometimes taking pieces of each other's successes helps us find things that work in our own healthy journeys!
