WHAT. A. WEEKEND.
I purposely went off my diet Friday. I ate what I wanted to eat, made better decisions than I would have pre-WW, and thoroughly enjoyed my out-of-town company here to celebrate my birthday. I didn't track a thing and totally enjoyed myself.
Want to know what else I'm enjoying? Getting back to my WW lifestyle today!! Plus, I bought a treadmill this weekend. Yay!!!! I'm going to start off with 20 minutes, 5 days a week and work up from there.
Goal weight, you'd better look out, because I'm coming for YOU!!!!
