Nephew has found a better job! So glad he will no longer be delivering pizza. So glad he will finally have a set schedule and definite income. It is night work, but at least he will no longer work until 3am and then have to be there at 9am. Sleep is as important as exercise, or just about. So hoping this will help him take the next step to health!
I like the "early to rise, early to bed" philosophy, but it isn't easy. With hubby being a not-until-after-midnight sleeper, it is super hard to go to sleep at 9 pm to get enough sleep for a 5 am wake up. I do it on Friday nights for my Saturday run and am going to try to more often. Would love to make it a real habit. I had such a good sunrise run yesterday and sunrise walk this morning; those cool morning hours during central Florida summer are just too precious to waste!
