As part of the 5% Challenge this week, we'll be given points for each day that we blog. I'm going to go for it and post a short update each day this week.
Today was weigh-in and I'm still stuck at 154 pounds. But I've been successful at getting more sleep this past week and have been victorious over the snooze button. I'm already starting to feel the difference in my stress levels. I'm hoping that will carry over into more successful tracking and more energy to get more exercise to burn more calories!
Lately on the weekends, I seem to have a ToDo list a mile long but get overwhelmed and even paralyzed. So far today, I'm doing pretty well by just doing the next thing, but I do need to prioritize, So here's a list of next steps:
Book our flight to the States
Rescue the laundry and finish the ironing
Nordic walking at least 40 minutes
Remake the bed
Grade test papers and do lesson plan for Monday's English Comp class
Have some fun - play my ukulele and learn a couple of new songs?
