And that's a wrap:) Perfect eating week:) Feeling great! I really had zero sugar cravings this week. Looking forward to continuing with this eating style as long as I can. There are about 3.5 weeks til school is over. So I am challenging myself to follow this eating plan the next few days. I feel so much better, I can think clearer, I don't get down on myself about anything, and all I did was change what I was eating.
Clients cancelled today so I get to head to the Y:) Been a long time since "warrior Saturday" as my gym buddy calls it:) Spin class with a super fun instructor and SWEAT with a really tough instructor. Plus I get to walk to the gym:)
Positives this week:
*Lots of laughter. At this point in the year, I all can do is laugh....at everything.
*Seeing my family.
*Enjoying the sunshine!
