I couldn't find a photo of a naked person streaking, so this will have to do! lol
But, that wasn't the kind of streaking I was referring to anyway. Read on......
Streaking is when you make up your mind to do some certain 'healthy' thing or to cut out some 'unhealthy' food. Actually it could apply to just about anything in your life, from doing cleaning in your home every day..... to cleaning your face and brushing your teeth every night.
Streaking is when, after you have decided to do (or abstain) some activity, or to eat or not eat some certain food -- or even one of those other things you want to make part of your daily activity. AND YOU DO IT EVERY DAY! And every day that you are successful at doing (or not doing) this certain thing, that's another day of your streak.
Streaking can be lots of fun, kind of a contest with yourself. For example, SP tells me that I went 150 days in a row checking into this website. And.....I'm still going. Who knows how many days a person can build up. And just because you might not have access to a computer every single day, doesn't mean you can't continue with the streak. So think about it ---- what would you like to make into a streak?
I have decided that I will walk 1 mile each and every day (or exercise for 20 min.) and I will not eat any candy. So I've got two streaks going. Today was
