I ate, I sat, I put the weight back on.

Well that pretty much sums up that last year of my life. It is very frustrating and sad that I gained all my weight back plus some. I had hoped to never be in this place again. The good news is that I have all the tools to lose it again and keep it off for good this time. I have a gym membership at a gym that is very close to my house, Nutrition tracking from sparkpeople, accountability from my sparkfriends and text support from the lovely Michelene Cleary.

I am really tired of being fat and tired, plus I want to prevent cancer and diabetes. I have 3 beautiful sons that need their mother and a husband who deserves a healthy wife.

Here is my plan for now.

Cut out the fast food - so long chicken mcnuggets with ranch.

Cut out the Pop - or soda for all you non-northeastern Ohio people

Up the water to at least 8 cups a day. ( hello many trips to the restroom)

Track all my calories and stay within range.

Take a vitamin everyday.

Workout at least 4 day every week (weight circuit at least 2 )

That is it for now. I started this on May 12th which gives me a year and a month until my 40th Birthday to lose 100lbs. So far I lost 4lbs. at my first weekly weigh in.
