Happy Wednesday everyone!!! It is going to be a warm one here in Indiana, but it is so welcomed after the winter we had. Today I am going to strive to track! Tracking is a very important tool when we are trying to change our eating habits! It is also one of the hardest things for me to you for some reason. So, today is the day I will track everything that goes into my mouth. Whether it is nourishment or
stress eating. Stress eating, is my addictive behavior. Now learning what I can replace it with will be the key for me to achieve. So, upward and onward!
