I'm counting down the days until we leave for Hawaii. Two more days!
We'll be landing in Honolulu and spending 7 days there. Our hotel is right on Waikiki beach. I plan to do some beach baking (not a lot..and I'll use sunscreen!) I even have a new tankini (I do have a picture of me in it..but I don't want to scare anyone out there!
). Thursday before I have to stop at Island Flavor to pick up some spam musubis to take on the plane. We'll eat those as snacks (our flight is an over night flight) as we'll have limited cabin service on the plane (and just about everything costs these days!). So we're taking our own!
Dinner last night was a cheeseburger made at home (hubby had local moco). We had two bacon Cheese frozen patties, so I paired that with a egg bread roll, added some ultra then cheese and a fried egg. It was really good! I skipped making fries, I decide I didn't really need them. So I was on target calorie wise yesterday.
I did however totally space working out. I was busy getting all the cables labeled for the electronics were taking with us. So we know what goes where. I'll have to get busy tonight and do a GOOD workout.
Eating today has been good..the same as everyday. I'm doing a mixed melon bowl instead of a salad for lunch w/ applesauce. Then yogurt for a snack. Breakfast is a banana and my Starbucks (except for Fridays...I have a pastry from Starbucks with my coffee). I have NO idea what we'll be having for breakfast in Hawaii (well..at hubby's mom's house a strawberry banana..they taste like a strawberry!) Maybe Macadamia Nut pancakes?
OK...this will be all for today...I'm trying to work up the nerve to post that tankini image. Maybe tomorrow...
