I really need to get to this if I want to see results! I have been all over the place lately without having a definite plan. Or if I have a plan I don't stick with it, like I should be.
I need to make it become a habit...because I get so off track. I know in my last blog, I was talking about working out to hit a certain calorie burn each day...well I think I need to take steps and work up to that.
This sounds super simple...but here are my starting steps.
I wasn't tracking my calories...because for the most part i eat fairly healthy...but I decided to start tracking in an unconventional way. I really don't like having to count calories everyday, so i came up with a breakfast and lunch and snack that i'm going to eat the same EVERY DAY until I get sick of it. Then I will make supper to have with my family and track those each day.
Then bright and early at 6 a.m. I plan on doing free weights for 15 minutes...switching between upper and lower days.
After each main meal I plan on walking/running up and down our super long driveway for 10 minutes. For a total of 30 minutes of walk/running a day.
Those are going to be my main focus exercises, my habitual exercises...like brushing my teeth and washing my face.
Anything after that is an awesome bonus! I plan on using relaxation yoga when I can fit it in too...and going for longer walks with my kids....but for the most part the plan above is going to be my core outline for my week.
I'm going to make a streak out of this plan! Happy Sparking Everyone! :)
