lost a bit of steam

i feel like i have lost a bit of spark steam - taking a little break and only doing the few things not the whole lot like i have for nearly a year

    Well everyone loses steam here and there and needs a break sometimes. But I will warn that sparkpeople apparently was a big part in me losing and maintaining my weight loss because when I was easier to slowly eat a little more of this or that or not work out here or there. It just sneaks up on you and your mind can really under estimate what's really going on. But you have to do what you think is best for you! You do look great by the way!
