RECIPE: Vegetarian Nacho Salad

I had a delicious lunch today. It's a vegetarian dish too!

1/2 cup refried beans
1/4 cup of sour cream
1 oz cheddder cheese
1 cup of lettuce
1 tomoatoe
1/2 avacado
1 serving of salsa
1 serving of tortilla chips

Put the refried beans in bowl. Top with cheese. Microwave until metled. Top with sour cream, then lettuce, tomatoes, avacado, salsa. Eat with tortilla chips and fork. Delicious!
