Well, I did notice that my pants were starting to get a little loose, but I really didn't pay attention because the scale has been moving pretty slowly. I'm not complaining about that though because it is moving in the right direction. I don't want to jinx myself, so I'm just keeping on working my program. I set a goal for myself to do 1800 exercise minutes this month and that would average an hour a day. That seemed like a challenge to me because I usually take a break on Sunday, but it seemed attainable, if I pushed myself. I haven't posted my minutes from yesterday yet, but I think I am right on target.
I also started doing bicycle crunches every day and I think that is what is giving me my results in inches lost around my waist. Today, after my shower, I looked in the mirror and saw some abs trying to break through. I know it sounds stupid, but I went running through the house trying to find Vince to show him my stomach. I'm not in good enough shape to post a picture yet, but I at least feel like I am on my way.
I have been using several Spark tools, logging my food and fitness minutes and doing virtual races. My Spark friends have also kept me motivated and I LOVE the new Camp WannabeFit. This time, I know I am going to reach both my health and fitness goals!
