Day 4 and Already Noticing Changes

The changes I am noticing are:
I lost over a pound
I am challenging myself to break my records in Run Keeper
I am blogging daily again
I am recording my food intake and exercise
I am feeling more energized
I am winning over the excuses of why "I can't" or "I don't want to"
I am eating healthier
I feel stronger
I am mindful of MEEEEEEEE
I come first over my job
I need to be healthier now so I can enjoy tomorrow
I feel younger too!
