Getting Realistic and a New Journal

Recently I caught a cold and I had some minor discomfort with my COPD. This time I didn't feel like giving in, even though I knew it could be a while before I exercised again. Although this may sound silly I was excited about a new journal.

I recently started crossfit to help me in trail running and I really enjoy it. A lady said to take a picture and keep track of my progress. My husband bought me a journal that I decorated with stickers and such. I also wrote down my results from testing week to compare with the next time. Today was my first day back exercising and I walked only but it was so exciting to make a memory in my new fitness journal. I'm so thankful to Jesus for so much.
