Up 2.6 lbs

I'm up 2.6 lbs. Since I was absolutely within my points every single day last week, I have nothing else to blame but my weird, freaked out hormonal problems. :(

I seriously doubt I'll make below 200 lbs by my birthday next week as I had hoped. :(

  GYPSYGOTH, I'm following Weight Watchers Online. No, I don't exercise just yet. I'm most definitely getting enough fiber, but I'm sure my sodium intake was through the roof due to 3 meals of eating out. That's highly unusual for me. Plus, I had been slowly gaining all week for no reason I could blame on my food intake. My hormones really are nuts. I have gained as much as 7 lbs just before that time of the month. I'm doing my best to take this all in stride despite being disappointed in probably not meeting my goal. I'm feeling much less cranky about it today. :)

    Are you tracking here on Sparkpeople?
How is your sodium level? Are you getting enough of each of your macronutrients, and of fiber?

Are you exercising?

Try not to beat yourself up over maybe not reaching a specific goal you had set for yourself. Pat yourself on the back for staying within range every day last week! That is emoticon
