Up to 236lbs gain 30lbs the past 4 months. Changes in my live in those past months, my boyfriend moved down to Missouri and he loves to cook and he hates chicken. Pretty much stop watching the calories. He was use making food for four people and has scale back to three that is counting my lunch for work. I'm very uncomfortable exercising in front of him. he does not have a problem with me exercising it just me, So I stop exercising at night. Started having hot flashes pretty bad. Yep, blood work confirm starting menopause at 45. I don't sleep good at night anyways and oh man its worse with the night sweets. No energy in the morning to exercise. I don't like my body and the way I feel.

I'M Started B12 and some over the counter medication that the doctor ask me to get to help with the hot flashes to take at night. Did my exercise this morning, going to do the lawn. Have my exercise pick out for the morning so I know how earily in need to get up and finsh it. Closes in the truck to change after work to walk, if some reason I don't walk (weather) to do one exercise video at night. Sign up for my third 10k marnies walk/run. Burt will make chicken for me and him his.
