Well I'm making progress. The weight I gained while I was "away" for five days is coming off. I am getting back to my healthy habits and feeling better. Transgressions do teach us or at least taught me that I can get back to my healthy lifestyle and the slip doesn't have to last forever. Corrections are allowed. Success is still attainable.

    That's the idea, when you fall, just get back up & keep pushing, till you succeed. it takes a life time to re-learn all the bad life style habits we have. baby steps. it is easier to lose the weight than learn all the ways to keep it off, stay full, learn what triggers you, how to over come it, what foods to eat at what meals. I'm at WW because of that. I need to learn another life style of eating. I get sick of the yo yo dieting. eva

    Good Job!

I've struggled with on again, off again issues too. It is a comfort to know that a short trip "off" doesn't mean failure. It just means it's time to get back "on."
