206! Finally, a two lbs weight loss! Those excite me the most! :D Strangely, I fell off the exercise wagon this week completely. I've only been running errands and trying to organize my house. Maybe I just needed a shock week like this for my body to recuperate? I am not really sure, but I do plan to get back to exercising now.

Also, I'm at 55 lbs total lost! Which is very exciting because five lbs from now and I'll be at 60 lost.. which is half my total goal.. and two lbs shy of Onederland. I'm so close to two major events in my weight loss journey and I want to already be there as I'm impatient.. but I'm also just so excited that I'll likely hit them both soon!

I have less then two weeks until my vacation in Oklahoma, and I'm really worried about that hurting my progress. My friends down there have gone paleo so I will still mostly be able to stick to that life style, but they want to do a couple cheat days and aren't calorie counters... so I have no idea how high calorie of meals are gonna happen. I did make sure, however, that they could take me with to their gym and they're both promising to practice yoga with me while I'm down there so I'm trying to just embrace that vacation mentality ( without going overboard! ) But, it's hard.

    congrats on that loss! You will hit onederland soon!
    I get impatient too but I keep telling myself that working out and changing my eating habits for 6 months is a very short time to have the reward of being healthy for years.
    I still get impatient though lol so I know how you feel!
