Who would have thought that dating would wreak so much havoc on trying to make healthy choices? Looking back, I think to myself of course it would. Going out on dates or trying to figure out last minute meals because both of your schedules are crazy can lead to unhealthy choices. Wanting to spend as much time together as possible doesn't leave much room for working out either. I have actually took a turn in the wrong direction and have gained back some of the weight I lost last summer. I was not prepared to make better choices in these situations. Because of my boyfriend's work schedule I have used the past 4 days to get back on track and I'm really hoping that I can stay on track. This weekend will be the test. Looking forward, I am positive that I will continue making better/healthier choices and still have fun going on dates!
