Accidently did Speed 1.0 again today instead of Total Body Circuit. Oh well! Felt great after, this workout kicks my butt!
I'm getting in the groove, I can tell. This switch to working out in the mornings, first thing after crawling out of bed, is really doing it for me. I get the workout in and feel great the rest of the day.
