Yesterday was a really good fitness day! I need to make those more frequent! I know this weekend will be tough; tomorrow we've got a 2 hour drive for a military family appreciation baseball game. I'm taking my stepson, one of my bridesmaids, and hopefully my stepson's cousin. I'm crossing my fingers that we're not driving down there for a rain-out! It will be tough to get exercise in with all the driving and the game, but I'll see what I can squeeze in. Sunday is a graduation party for one of my cousins, so there will be lot's of yummy food temptations!
Inclined Push-ups: 150
Cardio: 90 minute/4 mile walk
Today's Goals (trying to get ahead for the weekend a bit!)
Squats: 180 (6X30)
Planks: 3 mins (longest I've held is 2:30, going to see if how far I can push it!)
Inclined Push-ups: 120 (4X30)
Crunches: 120 (4X30)
Cardio: 30mins- bike depending on when my stepson is getting dropped off
