PAWSE - week 3

Plan/Prepare - I'm planning my food for the day in the morning and trying hard to stick to my plan. The only upcoming event I have is my friend's daughter's graduation party and I am making a big salad for it, so if there aren't many healthy options there, at least I will have that.
Act - I've been working at getting more consistent with my tracking. This weekend's challenge should help with that.
Write - I had a .8 loss this week. It wasn't the 1.4lbs. I was looking for, but it was a loss. I did have 2 rests days last week instead of 1 and did make a few less than healthy food choices.
Set - My scale goal is to lose 1.4lbs. this week.
My non-scale goal is to pre-track my food Friday - Tuesday
Execute - I did a 42 minute 5K with run/walk intervals.
