Wow! I never thought the day would come when I hit 10,000 steps. Yesterday, I felt great. Did a walk over my lunch hour then worked out using the treadmill for warm up and cool down. I figured I'd be around 8,000 steps, since I didn't spend too much time on the treadmill, but I'm impressed. Now today, my legs are a little tired, my back a hair sore, but overall I feel great. Instead of taking a walk over my lunch today, I decided to sit back and read. Tonight instead of lifting or doing cardio, I will do a Yoga video. My muscles need a day to recover and yoga seems just the thing, a little stretch here and extra movement there and I should be set for tomorrow.
