* You must have a Fitbit or Spark steps tracker, that you wear.
* If it's Fitbit you must hook up your Fitbit web account to your SparkPeople account.
* The device will record your steps daily and transfer them to your SP account.
* Go to the Top pull-down menu: My Trackers.
* Then the sequence is:
My Trackers /
. Reports /
. . Daily/Weekly/Monthly Step Tracking
This will automatically give you a report for the last 5 weeks. If you want something different you must "check off" the custom dates that you want.
If you want to capture the report as an image, you will need a screen image capture program that is either an extension to your browser, or to your computer.
Be advised that when you post your report (or any other image) in your blog, the SP software will shrink your image so a lot of details will be lost.
