Down 2lbs

So I'm 348 on my scale and I'm still not registering a weight on theirs :(. Well, I said 348 but it kind of went down as low as 345 and was shaky and not really stopping so it was impossible to tell for sure. It also looks like someone messed with the calibration as I left if there last week and it wasn't where I left it (it's a dial scale and not digital. Can't wait to ditch the damn thing!). It's down, that's all I care about!!

My daughter was down 1/4lbs so good for her!!

So I ate out for breakfast, which was just before 11am so I didn't bother with lunch. I just got home and ate some twistos and may eat some healthy soup since I do not know when we're going out for supper or even where. I'm thinking maybe Wendys but not sure.

I did some shopping today. I bought some earbuds just for me! I'm usually borrowing hubby's headphones or daughter's ear buds but finally, a pair for me! They were regular $40 on sale for $5, whoo hoo!! I also bought two 5lbs weights and a resistance band, a good one. I have some basic bands but for me, it's hard to control so having handles will make a huge difference.

So I'm a little disappointed I am not on the proper scale but I"m not fretting. You can't measure healthiness. I am looking at the big picture and health is what I want.

    At the rate you're going you'll be on the good scale soon. Just don't get discouraged because like you said, you can't measure healthiness and you're making a lot of healthy choices.
