I had a healthy breakfast and lunch.
I had my granddaughters after work until 9pm.
We had pizza for supper. I had one slice (honesty part - it was a large pizza so one slice probably is like two slices of a small pizza - but still that is huge for me). The remaining pizza went home with the girls.
We had ice cream treats for dessert - 90 calorie treats and I had ONE! The remaining treats went home with the girls.
I got over 10,000 steps in on my fitbit even though I didn't get out for my noontime walk.
I drank all my water.
OK so the thing that is eating at me? I was a slacker hit the snooze in the morning instead of getting up and on my treadmill. I could of had 2000-4000 MORE steps.
Let it go Barb, you had a good day - not a perfect day - but a good day. Yes, it was GOOD!
