Well, we hava major Nor'easter going through here..45mph winds, rain, cold.. We have not had one day that was no rain, not so humid it was unbreathable, or high winds, rain, so we could do anything in our yard.
The few nice days we did have, were spent doing my mother things, or at an office trying to get health insurance.
I hope this weekend it will be none of the above.. we hav enot cut the grass or done anything!

It has been a strange year all over. Last night here it got down to 32, I am glad that the houseplants I put out on the patio are under a large overhang and up against the house, or I might have had to drag them all back in. And that would have taken a couple of hours, I didn't have. The plants that I planted a couple weeks ago have done absolutely nothing. They haven't grown, and haven't expanded there roots at all, they are just stagnant. Hope they get some sunshine and warmer weather soon, or I will have to replant all of them.

It hasn't been the greatest spring so far, that's for sure. But I'm hoping it will end up better than last year.

I try to remember the song from Annie, "The sun will come out tomorrow!" Don't believe it, but I do try to remember it! emoticon

I know what you are saying...our yard will be too soggy to mow for a LONG time yet....I wonder what the rest of this year will bring...I bet we won't forget it for a long time!
