First posts are always the hardest, much like the first step on any journey. So, lets keep it short and sweet.
I need to lose weight. I need to be exercising, not only to help me lose the weight and keep it off, but also to help me deal with stress. I need to continue to make better choices with the foods I eat. I need to start using the gym membership I got on April 9th.
I will succeed in my goals. I will do this by journaling, logging my foods and exercise, and by thinking positively. I need to work really hard on keeping the negative thoughts away.
I can do this!
