Since I started again, have been tracking workouts, and exercise, but not food. This is my 3rd day of tracking food. Don't know why I didn't get started sooner. Find it pretty amazing, as my calorie count has been at the low side of suggested calorie range for all three days. Maybe my looking at lots of sparkpeople stuff had given me some guidance on what I should actually be doing. Or being on Spark People is just magic. Plan on keeping up with both. Looks like a good thing to do.
